Antonella Cagnolati, già professore ordinario di Storia moderna presso l’Università di Foggia, ha costantemente dedicato la sua ricerca alla storia delle donne, in particolare alle modalità di educazione, alla trattatistica e ai modelli di comportamento, privilegiando come ambito di analisi il Rinascimento italiano e inglese. Numerose sono le sue pubblicazioni in varie lingue e la partecipazione come membro ufficiale di gruppi di ricerca a progetti su women’s studies in prestigiose università spagnole.
José Luis Hernández Huerta is professor of History of Education in the Faculty of Philosophy and Literature in University of Valladolid. He got his PhD in the University of Salamanca discussing a thesis on Celestine Freinet. His lines of research are focused on the analysis of newspapers in XX century aiming to detect the relevance of education and pedagogical theories; on the transition from totalitarism to democracy, and the role of universities played in it. He is editor of the journals «Espacio, Tiempo y Educación» and«Foro de Educación». He has published books and articles on international journals in several languages.
